Theres an interesting application to create themes called 'Theme Editor 6600'.

I e-mailed the author whom I believe posts here as 'puffo83'(?) asking about a release date and he replied saying it will be released next week.

Hopefully he meets his schedule! Can't wait - this app looks good! Nice work puffo83 ;)

Considering the developer is Italian and speaks little English, I doubt it. Hopefully some kind soul will do the translations in an English version...?
