i am using nk 6600 and i try to use the helix producer to convert mtv but i found it cannot been played in my phone .... y ???? is there any wrong setting ??? only the voice can be play ..... is it the phone only support certain kb/s or what ???? please help me to solve this problem...thanks.....

i think you converted to real video 9 and your phone can only play real video 8 check the settings in audiences

I used to send a working rm file to my friend's 6600 but the RealOne proggy keeps telling something like the file not supported! It's weired cause it's perfectly working with my 3650.


Are you sure the setting suppost to b exactly the same?

i also face this problem when i convert the video it say it is not support by the player... only audio can be listen ....

now i know how already......use realvideo 8 then it can support by symbian realone player.....thanks everyone .......

nokia 6600 only fit to Realone player 8,u not player 9 or10,before streaming,make sure of it.

http://www.xilisoft.com/3gp-video-converter.html go to address and download free trial, limited to upto 2min vids but that should be enough. p.s. when box for registering appears press cancel to continue. :smile:
