Heee Dutch people,Firmware 4.13

Heee Dutch people....
I want to update my firmware to 4.13.
I've been to VTU-Telecom(Uden) but they say it takes two weeks.(they send it to nokia)

Is there another place were I can quickly update my 3650.

Try the nokia website and search for the nearest NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE.

Get it updated there, 4 free.

That's what I did.
VTU is an official Nokia S.C.
I guess I have to drive around our small country :sad:

Just check nokia.com and call some, and check if they can do it on their own instead f mailing your phone all the way to germany!

FW 5.06 is the last one out for the phone. i have it on mine. i love the cam quality now of my phone.

:D hi kerel i'm new here i just got a 3650 becouse i had a t310 sonyericsson with the t-mobile problems , well any way for the dude thet lives in uden(gelderand) there is so far as i now one over there were i dont know , but i work in teleworld in AMSTERDAM , we are a sonyericsson helpdesk en nokia service point here u can do it en take 2 hours , if u are not a nokia club member it will cost u 16.- euro en if u are get the pass or a print out of u personal files en phone features (persoons gegevens en toestel gegevens) from the nokia club page en it will be for free ok tell me if i can help u some more :)

What is so good about it?

Firmware upgrades are always good, and no matter what you have installed it all gets erased anyway.

And the good thing about it is that it improves the phone, meaning it overcomes bugs & phone might be faster due to the fact that the RAM is used more efficently.

All in all if you get the chance to upgrade DO IT ASAP!

Monofeo, does it matter if your warranty has expired or not? I have mt 7650 over a year now. But if i can get a updata for 16 euro i'd be happy to pay for it since my display is not working normaly so i cant even use my phone now.
This has to be a software pb i think.

Just go to your nearest KPN Business store the will update your software for free if it is within your warenty period.

if u phone is out waranty u have to pay 36 euro's
it take 2 hour's en all data in u phone will be lost
en kpn sucks as a company beocuse the don't wanna help ya, if u come with a phone that is broken after a year (with out waranty of them ) the will send u away or tell u to buy a i mode bla bla bla , beocuse the one u got is to old :-x

becouse that can start problems that u din't had before(new saftware can have new bugs to )

als je geen problemem hebt met je tel , moet je het niet updaten, want als je nieuwe software/firmware er op zet dan zou den er juist problemen komen,omdat er bugs in de nieuwe update zitten , dus als het goed werkt laat het gewoon zo

PS: there could be new features in the new software if so aight that is a good reason to update it (you do have to pay 36 euro for it , if u dont have a problem so make up one :D , en it will cost u or 16euros if u are not a club nokia member en 0 if u are en can show it )
