Ringtone Problem

Hi all....just having slight problem with the ringtone of my 3650...

when i set it to one of the wav ring tones i created, and i recieve a call, the tone plays for like 2 secs and automatically switches to the default ringtone....wud appreciate if any one cud help me.....

I have the same prob with my 6600, but it rings directly to the default.

I have to put my ringtones under phone memory/sound clips/digital sound and voila it worked.
