I know which phones are DCT3 and which are DCT4 (so you do not have to mention a list) but I read somewhere that if a nokia phone has GPRS than it is a DCT4 phone and if it doesn't than it is a DCT3 phone.
Is this true or are there phones that makes this not true???
Thanks.

Because the algorithm to unlock the DCT4 phones remotely was either leaked to the internet or else it was reverse engineered.
(I think it was leaked)

When the DCT3 algorithm is leaked, software will allow the phones to be remotely unlocked also.
