Is it possible to have themes on 3650 just like the 6600?

is it possible to have themes on our 3650 phones just like the 6600? themes for 6600 are very cool...and i want it on my 3650 also...

anybody got this idea or anybody are working on this....

they arent themes just wallpaper and logo, themes extend into the menu and floders
