But my nokia 8210 has (almost) no signal.

NSM-3
ROM5

Is this possible to upgrade to a newer software???

for example V 5.31 ???

If yes, what progs do I need???

I have an F/Mbus cable. Can I do it with this???

Or are there other way's to solve my problem???

bai, u use rolis flasher and flasher cable dats to upgrade. just search in this forum posts and you will learn more. just buy flasher cable first.:D
