3310 flash into 3330???

Hi! I have made modified flash for 3310 (nothing special - 7bars,3315 functions, rytmic and fade LED) and i want to flash this file into 3330, is here some way to get 3315 functions into 3330 (all other paches i can make using g3n0lite)... If i could somehow get working 3310 into 3330 then there will be no problem....

I think no chance to work...differenr size of flash files..3310/15- 2Mb, 3330- 4 Mb...

you can flash a 3310/3315 flash file into a 3330 phone, but you will lose the wap capabilities, since 3310 doesn't have wap.

the opposite will not work, you can't flash a 3330 flash into a 3310 phone, because the 3330 flash is bigger than the 3310 flash.

Yotamz, mate have sucsessfuly flashed 3330 with 3310 flash..? Ive tried some times but the phone just dont power up /acting like dead one/..may be this is cause I use WinDls ...

Yeah, i know that i can`t flash 3330 into 3310, because there is different flash sizes... But 3310 in 3330 must be possible! Somewhere i read that i must flash 3310 into 3330 twice with changed adress. Do anyone know these adreses?

Hi,

There is 2 options.

U can change 1 byte somewhere, according to what Mr. G3gg0 once told.

Or U should flash a 3310 full 2MB (incl eeprom!) twice.

One time to 20.0000 and next time to 40.0000.

Remember that faid/ imei setting etc. after flashing.
