5510 flashing

I've had my 5510 for over a year.

After a few months of having it, is suddenly flashed the "contact support" msg, which meant I had to get it reflashed. Nokia did it and it has been ok since.

My question is why does that happen all of a sudden? And how common is it? Am I to expect it to happen again or is it a one in a million type freak accident?

Also, how easy and expensive it is to get a cable and the software to flash it myself just in case it happens again?

search the net for software nokia flasher by rollis v479 and the cable wont cost u much now days mine were £3 quid off local market and the flash files are probably on here somewhere
