Poor Signal on N3310

My friend has a 3310 which is always "unreachable" when being called although it registers 1 to 2 bars of signal strength. Sometimes my call gets through but the speech of the person on the other stammers and suddenly gets cut. Has anybody experinced the same problem with 3310s? Is there any way to solve this problem? :-? Hope you guys can help...

All I can add is that during the call, my friend can hear me but not the other way around. I'm sure the microphone of the 3310 is working fine so there should be no reason for me not to hear her. Any ideas???

measure it...must be around 30 ohms,..if there is network and U can hear her
the problem is defenatly in phone...
