after i install n-gage q9 chinese into my 7650 , it works but i cant find the file in manager which i can remove it !! then i try to format with #7370# then it juz din't format everything go back to the previous setting ???? anyone can help me ???

to remove any app installed, go to tools, manager, search for the app and delete it from there.

juz type *#7370# to format again, or use a file manager, go to system/app/q9, delete the whole q9 folder.

i tried at least 10 times already for *#7370# to format ... but stil not format anything ...... i use system tool also canot format ??? i dun understand ... stil got something haven been clear ... stil takes memory .......

*#7370# onli formats ur fone, i bet u got it in ur mmc, and oh, q9 wun work on ur mmc.

my lovely fren....... i am using nokia 7650 ..... so there is no any mmc slot ... i hav tried at least more than 10 times .....but it stil canot format.....wana cry already ... then i try to use seleQ to delete the c:\system\fonts and it stil canot delete .... it shown there " general : in use " ....... wana cry already ..... can u help me ???

try going to c:/system/app/q9, delete the whole folder? the fonts fill shld b there too. keep me posted.

nop..it is in the c:system\fonts\q9font12.gdr and q9font16.gdr both of this file cannot been delete..... when i tried to delete it shown there "already in use " ....including the folder together also canot been delete .... tzeonn ...only u can help me ... plz help me ..... thanks....... or any idea how to format by not using *#7370# ??? i use system tool also cannot format .......

well, restart ur fone by switching off q9, den try deleting again.

u can format by going to tools, restore factory options.

i already delete the q9 folder .... so it is not posible to turn on or turn off .... coz nothing there already ..... juz tat in the font there is two file which canot been delete ... also i canot format my phone .... in tools to restore factory setting ?? tat is only for the setting only but without formatting , right ??? that i also tried for at least 10 times ... thanks anyway tzeonn ... make u reply me always ... plz keep helping me...... i am almost crazy here.....

yaya....that's y i wana found out wat happen ..at 1st when i tried to save the installer but i couldn't found it in manager but in c:\nokia\intall i got it ...... then i tried to install again i couldn't found it in manager ..... that makes me canot remove ... since yesterday i tried to save the installer again ... i found it in manager... then i install it but on the half way of installation ...... come out a warning " already in use " ????? tat's the same thing appear when i tried to delete the c:\fonts ........ really weird lar... or maybe there is something make my font is stil in use , so i should delete tat particular file first before wana delete the fonts ??? coz i am not an expert nor professional in symbian ... but i know a little bit only... thanks for ur kindly help ......

did u on Q9 b4 u juz delete it? tt might b the prob. try deleting the system.ini file, delete the fonts and Q9 folder in c:/system/app, den restart ur fone and see how it is.

u might haf to bring it to nokia, and let them flash ur fone.

i already tried to delete the system.ini file and later delete the fonts but stil canot ..... i hav to spend money to flash because my phone no more warranty already ....somemore it is from england and i am in asia already ... anymore idea ?????i hav see some other ppl said that u can press some keys b4 u switch on ur phone to format phone ???? or there is any software to go in safe mode to the phone ???

take out sim card, den hold 3, * and the call button, den switch on the fone. not sure it works. juz hold the pencil key when u boot to go to safe mode.

u haf to reinstall the software, switch 19 off, den delete from the manager in tools, u tried tt?

abc mean pencil ????? but when hold the * , 3 and call doesn't makes any different ??? stil appear "insert sim card " i already tried tat man .... it canot be install anymore coz it wil shown that " general : in use " which the chinese font is in there already... then i tried to use nk3650 q9 then i no need to install the font then i can view already... then when i tried to install the font , half way , the "general : in use " wil appear ..... tze onn ... i dun wana spend money because the phone stil can be use but juz tat i lost almost 600 kb .... and also some corrupted file which i wana delete by format wil be easier.......

turn the phone on using flight mode from stools and play around with a file manager

or try in stalling the 7650 version see if it overites any files and allows tyou to delete it through manager

and oh, i see ur fone is hopeless, u cant format it, and theres nth u can do then, get it fixed at nokia, juz pay a bit for them to flash it.

i mean, i dun noe how to help u, u format it, still no use, u muz haf deleted it when it was activated. and u cant install it. u wan to get it fixed, flash ur fone.
