7210 problem

I recently found a 7210, with my sim card i can receive a signal but i cant send or receieve sms, or make or recieve any calls. infared doesnt work either. i tried unlocking it but it didnt work anyway. does anyone know why it does this and is there anything i can do to sort it out? thanks for any help in advance

I'ts probably been blacklisted mate,can't do anything with it except use it as a paper weight.

If you sell the blacklisted phone in another country then it will still work!
Try ebay selling to france or spain!
