1. Use Knok95 Build 1 and chose on PHONE MODEL:NOKIA 3310
2. Chose WRITE--->WRITE FLS FILE TO PHONE; the start adress is 200000 beacuse
it is a full backup
3. Under PHONE SETTINGS and MODIFY LOCKS chose :
a) Quickset FAID
b) Reset User interface settings
c) Reset Full Factory Settings
d) Reset SP Locks
e) Set new IMEI-> Use original IMEI
f) Quickset faid
g) Reset Phone
h) Quickset faid



or use EEPROM TOOLS V3.1 if after flashing you have this message "COD DE
SIGURANTA"

A) REPAIR EEPROM
B) RESET SP LOCKS
C) REPAIR EEPROM
D) QUICKSET FAID

if the message is "CONTACT SERVICE" use KNOK95 build 1 in combination with
EEPROM TOOLS v3.1
First use Knok and then use EPPROM TOOLS but only in this order.
4. Convert to 3315

Hi,

To patch the 7 bars , you will need g3n0lite v2 and the 7 bars script by Yak.

Open g3 and open your flash

Open the script by clicking "Load"

Click on run script

Correct checksums and flash to phone

You will find the links and programs here in the forum.

Is it posible to make it request the security code when you get a new message and click read? As at the moment there isn't really much point in the security code on the messages menu as you can read all the messages when a new message is recieved

i think is a cool thing and the function is erasing some stuf from MCU and is writing garbage
in normal mados this thing doen't afect the mados startup but combined like this is damageing the startup

But i'm missing the automatic keyboard save ( in german: Tastensperre) :)
and the many games witch are integrated in other 3310 Madosmods.

your modded flash file was great but i have a little problum........i wanted to change the toons i did with ppm manager .....but i wanna change the Mcu toons like .....keypad toons and games toons ...but ppm manager , ppmmaker, ppmedit, flsedit, ppmcutter can't load the Modded with Mados Flash file ..........Can you tell me which program can change the MCU toons and where is can get it .........

i told you about to chinging the mcu Toons not the ppm toons .......with ppm manager i can change the toons but the problum is in MCU toons ...like games keypad. keypad lock and other toons and nokia flash toons can't change the toons ..............So please Show me the right way

asgaardro: how could i replace MadOS in your flash with the newest version? I tried the following: Compile the fullembed for 3310 and used Embedem and the option Overwrite last embed, since it has found your previous embed of MadOS.. I patched it and there seemed to have been no problems.. I wanted to fix al checks with g3n0lite 2 but it said it couldn't find the end of PPM so i didn't do that.. I flashed the flash to my phone but now when i turn it on it just turns the light on for a second or so and then turns off again. Please help

To fix the checks in g3n0lite 2

Click offsets and check it says this:

MCU

Start 00000000
End 00140000

PPM

Start 00140000
End 001D0000

Eeprom

Start 001D0000
End 20000000

It may not have the eeprom stuff there if there is not one in the flash

could you be a little more precise? there is a merge checkbox next to those buttons.. but what am i supposed to do with it? do i have to use embedem first or how exactly should i patch mados in? i appologise for any dumb questions..

Can i patch in MadOS with embedem (choose overwrite existing mados)?

I tried Fix all checks and it says X:\somepathblee\ppm.c:537 The PPM is invalid, no DUMFILE was found but we reached the end.

I also don't know if i have to use mados fullembed or only embed version to replace the existing one?

And btw, i used fullembed and fixed checks as you said but it did not work - when i turn on the phone, the lights turn on for a second and then the phone powers back off.

If I just left click on 3410 upgrade I get that I dont have permission but if right click and save target as I get to save project A , Why is no permission when I click on link and why do i get project A instead of 3410 flash?

By the way,
I've seen that is possible to have more tunes in the rom, but the inverse way? like one big tune, or changing the composer variable of 50 steps to more steps, like 200, in that way I can make multiplex in 'hi speed' to get kewl efects, as oldy zxspectrum 48k music.

Ok, no one could give me an answer... well i ask again... erm..
There's any patch for the rom tones that could have largest number of steps?
I want to substitute all 3310 tunes by one bigger to try to use multiplex tones... to simulate polimorphic tunes, i think that will be nice! :-P

Maybe if we can patch the variable of the composer (50 steps) to 200 or more can make that possible.

I dont know is theres any limit of the tones in the rom beside of memory limit...

Also would be nice on Project A ! :D

any clue or help?!
