3100 "CONTACT SERVICE" Problem

Hi everybody,
I Have a Nokia 3100
I used a wrong cable trying to put some good stuff in my phone but in finish I got a big problem, the phone seems to be locked, when I put it on, it become black and show "Contact Service", Please Help !
