ok, i got a 7250i and wanna upload some pics via IR to my laptop. the laptop already finds the phone but i cannot setup a data transfer. it always wants to send files from the laptop to the phone, but i want it the other way round.

do i need that PC Suite thing?

you will need a seperate program to do that. such as MobiMB, Logo Manager, Oxygen phone manager, or Nokia Data Suite (PC Suite).
