i think no code like 7650 to format your 6610 but you can use dct4 tool with dku-5 to format it

Are you sure that DKU 5 cable works for formating 6610 ? I have never tryied such thing I have use Griffin to flash and upgrade mine Nokia phones

i use use dku-5 usb cable with Nokia Fbus by Maestro v0.25 can reset all setting dct4
