Problems with my 3330

Hi there,

i've got some problems flashing my 3330.
I uploaded my new flash and then with Knok i tryed to set new FAID but i recieve as error:

MBUS_SecurityCommand : cannot execute 'Enable extended commands'
CMD_handlecommands : cannot analyze phone
MBUS_SecurityCommand : cannot execute 'Enable extended commands'

does anyone know what is the problem?

Iguess U know that U need Mbuscable for updating FAID..and phone must be powered on...Also try with nikia tool 1.9 by rolis..

and are you sure you picked the rite comport ? becouse i once had a problem like that hope this helps

yes i know.....

i have the Mbus cable and it is well connected.
my phone was powered on.

i tryed with knok but even with rolis 1.9 and 1.8.
they say me it's impossible to communicate with COM1.

do u thing it's a cable problem?
