unlocking software help needed

when trying to run some unlocking programs this error message comes up.

ive just downloaded the sharp gx10 software on the other phones list but some of my other programs do come up with the same error. my computer is running windows me

I have a 3100 Nokia phone locked to Movistar (Spain) which I am unable to unlock using the calculator. Any ideas what I can do????

MSCOMM32.OCX is a ActiveX object that controls com ports, it was probebly missing in the instalation. take the file and paste it in the c:\windows\system32 directory and restart.
change extention from mscomm32.zip to mscomm32.ocx
