3650 in nokia center a hole month
i created a directory in user memory called Fonts and copy one file to that directory, i power off the phone, then when i turned on the phone frezzes on the word nokia, then i get the phone on nokia service, then they sad the phone after flashing get the message contact service, and the phone need to go to the factory, this is a month ago, do the nokia service damage the phone and no one tells me that?

Were u @ dude were I work we do repairs how self (we don’t flash 3650 becouse we can’t , but we are a club nokia repair center), the stuff that happened could be that the try to flash it en it backfired to them or that what u did (that it got stuck ) is still there en the phone just lock it self , en it as to be sended to a service centre , we have notice that this problem can be solve if u try to do a software update again , some time’s it works en other u are just fuck’s en has to send, when we send a phone from our shop to the service center ( dinafix or evic/brightpoint in the Netherlands) it take’s from 14 day’s to 40 day’s tops if it take longer well then fried the fuckers wahahaha , hope u are a nokia member dude nokia (Netherlands) will chars u 16 euro if u ain’t a member even if u have a valid guarantee

I have same problem with you after flashing my n3650 to nokia srvice center here in the philippines my cp was dead. And i have to pay an extra 80 dollar for the replacement for the second PCB by witch the CPU and all the RAM are located. My cp version before flashing was version 2.5 and after flashing it was 4.13.

My MD's 3650 was received 17th Oct 03, the hand set did the std " failed to start contact retailer" feature, On the 10th November 03, Booked it into Nokia Repair Centre 11/11/03, after many DIRECT Faxes and Emails to Nokia (Australia) pointing out that their Customer service Policy was a farce, It has taken 8 weeks to be acknowledged as a customer, 9 weeks for some one at Nokia to Figure out what the hell is happening with replacement stock.... I'm told I can now expect the REPLACEMENT to be delivered to me at NOKIA's COST 2nd week January.

Now thats Prompt Customer Satisfaction - NOT!!!!!!

nope, their fones are screwed, sent the fone for repairs, and took them months to sort it.

wen my 8310 screwed twice!!! first the volume up button went sent it away was stuck with a shite siemens c45 spare phone for a week!!! was a nightmare!!! then the phone just packed up completely sent it away again took a month all it came back with was an updated firmware!!!! its stoopid!!! but it was ok as i had a 6510 replacement while a waited which is a nice phone!! but now my volume up button has gone again!!! im reduce to taking the cover of an poking it with a pin!! not sending it away!! plus it my mums now anyway dunno wat id do if id have to send my n-gage/3650 away!!! im lost wen i need to leave either at home on charge!!

The service centre mauled my 3650 a while ago. It was working fine when i took it in, i asked them to upgrade the firmware and they came back 20 minutes later saying that it was buggered. Took a week and a half for me to get it back, i was on the phone to them almost every day which might have speeded things up.

:evil: Well peoples.... here we go..... 2nd week of January coming up, my face is blue, and Nokia (Australia) have not said booo since my last post.... No fone, no satisfaction.. Help Helsinki !!! Your Oceania Division is spiraling towards the ACCC. Just for the record Fone went into Nokia ******* Centre aka de Black Hole 11/11/03 as DOA.... 2 months later and 3650's must be as scarce as hens teeth, or, that warrenty in the box is only there to make some arse in Marketing feel goooy. NOT HAPPY JAN!!!
Time to ring Channel 7 for some tabloid reporter to rattle some cages.

Thats right fans, Nokia finally replaced the handset which died last November. It took Nokia 3 months to get 3650's into Australia ( very rare model ???) and honor that warrenty. Hows that for Promt Customer Careless, hate to see what happens when they really F**k Up!.

here at the Philippines, the nokia service center at Alabang works like a breeze. ive send my 6600 and after 2hours all is well with no extra charge since its covered by warranty. dey r rilly friendly too.
