need help with n-gage

i purchased an n-gage bundle..the one with the 3 free games and whateever. now i want to put in my digicel sim card and all it has is a X on the left side where the signal is. how do i unlock it so that i can put it on the digicel system in jamaica...thanx in advance

ok..that won't work because the phone is not locked to any system. when u buy that ngage bundle u get the ngage , 2 or 3 games and a dummy sim card that just says ngage on it. i want to put it on a system but how am i goin to do that?
