My jabra bt200 arrived today and i'm well chuffed.
It's a pretty cool piece of kit, looks good, it's pretty small and light, the buttons are easy to press, it supports call waiting, voice dialling, volume, etc, it sounds really really clear, the range is superb and best of all it was the cheapest one i found. You can't really say fairer than that.
I would never had bothered getting a headset if it wasn't for the new mobile phone laws but if i'd known they could be as cool as this i would've got one months ago.

u need to read the uk law again mate as bluetoth headsets are illegal two ONLY cradels that auo anwser are legal

Holy shit. That sucks. I don't know if it is the same in Ireland, but you'd imagine bluetooth headsets would be safer than cradles. I mean, lack of wires for a start and you have more flexibility.

surely if its in a cradle then it should be ok for bt, but dont forget TEXT MSGS are still legal!!!

Bullshit, i've seen numerous tv articles and a read a few things in the paper about it and they are legal.

i think its a requirement for the phone to me fixed to the dashboard, what heaset you use dont matter in my opinon bt is better dont get tangled in cables while driving,
@tzeonn the government are coming down really hard on using phones driving

using fones while driving being illegal, i understand, but bt earpiece being illegal? crap to me. may be it really is, i dun noe, but heck, dun gif a damn, juz use it.
