2 quick 6600 Questions...

1. Is it possible to disable the camera shutter sound?

2. Can you disable the nokia jingle that plays when the phone boots up?

1.) If you place your 6600 on SILENT profile, no shutter sound.
2.) No idea.

A related question to anyone who knows... Can we change the SHUTTER sound to another sound file of our choice? and how? Also, can we do the same with the START-UP sound?

hmm that could be really funny.. having some crazy 'gotcha!' sound or somethign when ever you take a picture.. or a scream, or 'oooh baby' etc... hehehe

and yeah theres some option somewhere to change your start up.. i think you can just change it to some text welcome message.. but i think with SeleQ and other stuff you can go a bit crazier and customise it if you know what you are doing

switching off warning tones in profile shld off the camera shutter.

not sure it works on 6600, but photographer on 3650 allows u to haf 2 other diff sounds when u take a pic.

turns off the warning tones DOES indeed turn off the shutter sound on the 6600, thanks!
