help not enough memory to perform operation

need help im ecountering this problem since ive installed 10 application
i have 64 MMC.. 3650

Can anybody help me regarding this problem...

what doest it mean ...

Are you sure that the 10 apps are installed to the mmc or are they on the phone? If they are on the phone remove them and when reinstalling choose install to memory card during the installation. If they are on the mmc check your phone memory in the manager and see how much you have left, there should be about 1.8-2.4 Mb free depending on what you have on there, if it's less than 1.8 Mb then you must have apps,photos,sounds or something saved on your phone memory. The only other thing it might be that the installation file is very large like opera, geopod, n-gage space impact or advanced real one, if this is the problem then you've just gotta clear as much space as possible from your phone, moving the camcorder folder to the mmc is a good start.

yeh dont matter how big your mmc!!! the installer saves to the phone memory to install, also check if your messages are set to phone memory and you have loads of .sis apps in your inbox can take a fair bit of space

sounds like a ram prob to me, wat were u trying to run?

hold down menu and press c to close any running app.

well, theres no way u can transfer the contacts to mmc. if there is, i would like to noe too.

So why do we ask ppol know this ....i want to transfer my contact coz when i will upgrade my cp to new one to need to copy already there in the MMC right.

do u think that the application smartvcontact i think that the name of app. do u htink possible to put or restore our contact there... if possible why we can....

I ran into this error message when I was trying to load opera or any n-gage games. I found that by holding the little pensil button under the green dial button, as the phone boots up, it then works. think it frees up ram on the phone by not loading all the extras. Also press and hold the menu key and if there are any progs running in the background they will appear in a small menu on the left. Finally get a prog called 'switcher' (which I have if you want it) which is like pressing 'control -alt- and delete' on your computer, it then tells you how much ram and what is running and you can turn some stuff off.

u can back up ur fone wif mmc. i tried backing up, deleted a contact, and the backup restored it. so i tink using the mmc works.

go to memory->options-> back up fone mem.
