java games create problems in my 3650?

Hi, I have 3650 with firmware V 4.13 NHL-8 and 128 mmc.
After an hard-hard format of both mmc and phone, my 3650 is being faster.
I have installed only these apps:
- MsgSaver
- AppMan
- Hipcam
- Photografer
- Cam Pro
- BLizzard Installer
- Seleq
- Photo sms

and some games like SonicN N-gage;), Bounce, Triple Pop, Card Deck, Prince of persia2, Puyo Pop, Space Impact N-Gage, MLBSlam Ngage, Doom.

With this configuration, to play Sonic and the other n-gage memory eater games :D i have only to delete my call register completly and to reboot with appman..after reboot sonic-n and the others run without problems and without safe mode.
Yesterday I've tried to install some java games.. and after done this sonic-n and the other games CAN'T RUN also in safe mode. I removed all java games and they can run as first... I've tried to install OTHERS java games but the result was the same: n-gage games lacks memory :( So if I wanna play them, I have to have no java appz installed... I think's it's strange, 'cause I knew that java items not make system problems.

Can you help me to run both n-gage games and java games without boring actions like to remove sim card and install fucking System Tools (to do Flight Mode) or to install Smart Launcher and to can play only with phone off and battery in charge? (i used this method before formatting...4,5 mb free rulez, I played also MLB! :D)

well, the more stuff u haf, the less ram available, u def need flight mode. the ram is pathetic.

I don't understand... the ram would be the same if i don't install programs or other stuff that influences the startup ram! Do the sms influece to RAM?

hold menu button and press c to exit any running app, running app in the background eats ram.

u need to go into flight mode to play sonic den. install and app called system tools.

since yesterday I could play sonic and puyo without flight mode.. flight mode is boring 'cause I have to remove my sim card any time I wanna play :-(

install an app called system tools, it has the option to go into flight mode. flight mode frees up all the ram, so u can play some ngage games like sonic, but u need to take out sim card. flight mode is so called, as theres no gsm network (sim taken out), used on planes, thus flight mode.

safe mode, hold edit button (pencil or bc button) as u boot fone to go into it. safe mode is to enter into fone wifout starting any app.
