How can i unblock my v200? please help

i have a samsung v200 which has been blacklisted (i think so anyway) it is rejecting any calls i try to make, i have been told i can unblock it by having a t100 data cable and some softwere, can someone tell me where i can get this and how to do it? hope you can help. thanks j. :sad:

ifts being blacklisted that means u have to change the imei, which is alegel to do in the uk, just unlocking will not make it work

Where can i get the cable? which cable do i require? is it t100? i have seen a data cable for the v200 is that the one i want? and where can i download the program? thanks. j . :-?
