I'm using a N3650 and I've encountered problems with the pc suite. The file converters were working well for a couple of months, like resizing the mp3s I uploaded, but recently it wasn't working. The original size of the mp3s that I uploaded remains the same, instead of compressing it into a smaller size. I've already chosen ALL for enable converters, but only the mp4, quicktime and NIM files are marked. I also tried reinstalling the software and the converting problem still persists. Anybody knows what went wrong and how I to fix it?
