the annoying _PAlbtn folders n files

do anyone noe where this _PAlbtn folders were created from which application?

its v irritating and use up ur phone memory, mmc memory and always duplicate ur images files or even sound files!!! :evil:

anyone have any good remedies? or can someone be so kind to tell me where are they from? from which application?

hey dude..
_PAlbtn folders are created automatically
everytime you delete them..cuz they are formed by the phone itself!!

these folders do not contain the images (duplicate)
but they contain the THUMBNAILS of your images!!!

When you open gallery/images.. the thumbnails that appear
are stored in this folder called _PAlbtn

Do not delete them...
even if you do.. the folder re appears when viewing the images..
meaning.. the thumnails automatically builds up..

how are you gonna know which picture is which if thumbnails (are deleted) aren't generated!? :lol:

Hey, I wonder if you can help ... I've put around 200 photo jpgs on my memory card, which I use on my XDA, and they're showing up in the images folder in a subfolder called _PAlbTN ... but when I try and drag them out onto my PC and open them, it says there's a problem with the file extension, and they won't open with Paint, Photoshop, or Explorer, anything.

The 200 image files aren't showing up anywhere else on the device, so are these the originals?
