TomTom City Map error!

Well, I downloaded TomTom City maps and the Oslo map. Everything seems to work fine until I search for a street etc. I get: "Program closed citymap".

Why? Only when I search for a street etc...

EDIT: I have a 6600.

So, please fix this, 'cause we have som school stuff which includes that we are going around in the whole Oslo city... Instead of using a map, it would be nice to use this program... Please....
