3650 ram

hi, does anyone know if someone is actually makin this program that all us 3650 users wud love? the one ive read about where its possible to make a swap file on ur mmc card and use that as extra ram?

Eshahwe the Cock Master made a thread about this claiming he had the program that allowed this, but it was a hoax.

As I've said, in theory it might be possible and should work, but again, in theory, so does Communism.

It's not as simple as someone just making this application. If it is possible, I'd imagine it would be extremely difficult to do. But I'm sure, somebody, somewhere in the world is trying to.

But don't get your hopes up yet........ It could be years before someone finds a solution.

how much ram does the 3650 have and an Ngage? i am thinking the ngage has like 5mb?

my n-gage has 12mb!!! 3650 has 3-4mb not sure, i love my 3650!!! amazing phone, played alot on my girlfriends 6600 but i still far far prefer my 3650!!! but now its even nicer all the memory hungry apps on my n-gage, photo ones on my 3650, 3650 rules!!!(shame about ram though)

well, no ram booster is created. maybe not ever, so better u get a fone wif more ram. or juz live wif 3650 on flight mode.

so does my ngage really have 12mb ram? cause system manager says device memory is only like 4mb or so. Is that just storage..

Also, i found a cool faceplate idea for the ngage. you can put any pic you want on it.. check it out atleast. if you end up buying one tell Doyle that Donn sent ya!! heres the link!!

test with memory monitor then you will see that the n-gage have 12 mb ram=)

I asked a couple of my buddies who work as mobile developers about this a couple of days back. According to them, MMCs are so slow that swapping to and from primary storage would actually impede performance rather than enhance it.
