Does not vibrating when message comes in the silent mode

Hi Guys,

I noticed that my 6600 does not vibrate in the "silent" mode when i receive a message
it vibrates when someone calls but does not vibrate when i receive a message
and i am getting messages from friends all the time and i usually have to use the phone in silent mode , so i need a solution for it.

is it just my phone or am i doing something wrong or incomplated ?

Btw my "vibrating" mode is ON in the silent mode

try setting another tone tt can vibrate?

i seen someone wif tis prob, tink he solved it by recording a silent sound in recorder, den set as message tone, juz for the vibration, try it mate.

i did heard from my friend about her 6600, sometime no alert for incoming message (no sound no vibrat), but after take out MMC and on the phone, then switch off, put in MMC again and on it, then everything become ok, really don't know why...?? :-?
