battery life

I am just wondering, if the n gage battery is not fully run down, does it decrease battery life, because by the end of the day I have 2 power bars left and this wont last me the next day, but at the same time I dont want 2 have to buy a new battery in a few months cuz it gets knackerd, any help???

well, juz play some games, listen to radio, till it sae batt low, den charge it. try not to charge when it has 2 bars or more.
