i've a black dot uin a top right corner of th screen of my 3650 what's this mean???!! :-?

i dont know?!! i never see it befor; so i've try to unlock this phone with the on line code provided by a dct4 calculator of this site and an erro message was occure? u thin that's the cose of this death pixel?

is it the bluetooth symbol?

It means that the one of the screens pixels is dead as in it doesn't work its not uncommon to get one or two on a screen. If more appear contact nokia service centre and you should get it replaced.
