T100 unlocking problem

Hello,
I am trying to unlock a T100 from Orange using paderf and a data cable. After entering the code it is performing an E2p reset (or something similar) but still asking for an unlock code when a foreign simcard is put in the handset. I would be really grateful for some advice on how to unlock this phone.

use ust software i have it if you need

Thanks for the advice. Managed to unlock it by keeping the handset turned on with a simcard inside whilst connected to the pc.
