Delete installed program

Is it safe to delete installed programs/games directly from SeleQ or FExplorer? this is because i can't seem to find SonicN and MLB from the app manager of 6600.

Yup you can delete them directly using a file browser.. The only applications which you should unstall using the App Manager are those applications that you installed using a *.sis file...

well, onli way to delete the ngage games is to use file explorers.

normal app and games, delete the normal way.
