Is it possible to have password protected folders on either the mem card or on the phone itself to hide away personal stuff like pics etc?

Try HandyPhotoSafe for a password protected images folder.
Try HandySafe to password protect important personal details.
Try SmartCrypto To password protect other stuff.

Well, there's an app called Gina (or is it Mona?) which allows you to password protect any call logs or messages to/from certain people.

So, you select say (and this is completely off the top of my head) your local drug dealer. Any messages you recieve (And I think send) from him or any call logs will be placed in a password protected folder.

HandyPhotoSafe = the saved photoes will be saved in phone memory ---> if you have loads of photoes, then you will run out of phone memory
HandySafe = same as photo safe
Smartcrypto = same too

I think the adequate security apps at this moment are Gina v131 and powerlock v1.
