Cannot Undo Restriction

I know i need to use the cable unlock method. But what software do i need?

People say - "oh you will need to use the cable method" but i have never seen any comments about it!

I heard i need to reset the EEPROM and the use a code again (is this the best way)? what software can i use to do this?

You need to use eeprom tools which is available all over the internet, use a search engine such as google and you should find it quite easily! :)

3510i is dct4 so i assume this isn't the software!

But with the correct software what is needed to be done?

there are a series of DCT4 unlock software around that alow Direct unlocking with M/Fbus cables
or you can get your self a griffin Box or even Prodogy
to do the same
