Sent program using N6600

can anyone know why apps or .sis sent using bt fr pc to n6600 cant be sent out to others?

is there anyway to do tat on n6600?

install a file explorer like seleq to send. send the uninstalled sis, not the installed. gotta move all the files of the sis if its installed.
