installing problem

i am a fresh to symbian phone and i have problem installing ngage game into my 6600 when i send the game.blz file to my phone is cant open.and i dunno how to instal goboy wit sound but i got the programm with me and cam fx is the sam problem with goboy. pvplayer i also cant instal it. can i know must i install the .app file also ?? thanks
