if you have a problem with psiloc 2004 applications and it tells you to download new version from their website simply change the year on your phone from 2004 to 2003 and then install the app again with 2003 date then you should be ok!!!

only when installing the app then put the date back to 2004,anyway ive got some older apps of psiloc in my yahoo group that are fully cracked and work without no keygen (ir remote,world clock and screensaver) go get them from there,

i tried it on another 6600 and the trick works,1)unistall buggy psiloc app 2)close and open your phone 3)change the date off your phone to the year 2003 4)install the same so called BUGGY app that you have for installation 5)enter program ,register using keygen and you will see that the trick works 6) put you date back to 2004.......7)thank me later for the tip :-P

I try on a 7650 @ 5.06 like you talk, but after the inst of the old app it restores 2004 by itself.. and if i force again to 2k3 before start the app it displays again to download the new version..
No possibility for me for some phones or, more right, for some firmware version.

For ex. with the new 5.06 the latest spacedubler 1.75 and the before 1.72 don't work when after app close they have to recompress it (they display the app is still running.. but is closed!!), so I have to install the old 1.60 and all goes ok.

uninstall the whole program and then re install with 2003 on your calender!!!!close open your phone and it should be ok?i dont think firmware has anything to do with it,try the steps i wrote earlier (above)

Worked fine for me. I had Efile manager but couldn't use the keygen, set the clock back and it worked perfectly without having to uninstall the app. Thanks for the tip

I think what Dumbo means that you can't do it with NEWEST VERSION of Psiloc apps that could be downloaded from Psiloc web site. It only works with older versions. And he is right, you can't use the keygens with newest versions. You will get asked for new keys.

Just in case you've managed to purchase keys for newest versions, you can't mix the new versions with the old ones. The old versions won't work. They have to be all BEFORE 2004 versions in order for the trick to work.

Once you've managed to get the apps you wanted working after the date is changed back to 2004 and you decided to download and install latest versions from the Psiloc site..... you're screwed!! ALL the installed apps won't work anymore and you will have to format phone and MMC to install the apps again so the "change back to 2003 trick" would work.

i have installed total irremote 1.32 and its working fine, but when i installed the crack version of where i am? total irremote suddenly isnt running anymore...asking me to download the new version...i did what john74 said but it doesn't work.what i did was to format the fon using sTools...install irremote again and thats it! problem solved :)

When I did this it STILL gives me a popup only allowing access to the website or exit. I've tried this several times setting back the year further every time to no success. Any ideas on what to do next or what I'm doing wrong? Maybe even info on how to access the file that saves the dates in it for this program would be great, then i could either delete it or change it and things would be much easier. If there's no solution then i highly recommend that none of you upgrade to version 1.41 if you've installed the program in this fashion.

yup! that's what Psiloc(web) tells us with regards on their "new" version of apps. you have to request them for "new" registration code because the "old" registration code won't work anymore...

uninstalling the "new" version and install the "old" version trick won't succeed, because "new" version apps has a protection of "leaving" files(i dunno what i should call them "trojans":) ) when uninstallted - resulting for the "newly-installed-old" versions not "workable"... smart psiloc programmers!

i have the same old problem of that "download the latest......" with my eprofiles and screen saver....
i tried setting the year to 2003...screen saver kinda worked..what happened is the note "download the latest...." disappeared.... but it wont preview, thus i doesnt work at all. When i install eprofiles ( ive tried a lot of versions ) before installation even starts theres an error saying "file corrupted"...... i guess its because of those "left-over files" you get after installing / removing certain apps...
i know the last option is to reformat my MMC but is there any other way? coz restoring just really eats my time.... hope someone can give me a solution.... thnx
