!!!help!!! Its Urgent

i have attemted to delete the welcome pic (or atleast what i thought the welcome pic was) via

C:/System/Data/welcome . . . . . .

i deleted this then i restarted my phone, then when it came back on it said "App. closed Startup" and i cannot access anything the only thing that i can access is messages and contacts.

plz help

its askin me for a "lock code" i have not had the phone long and i havent changed it from the original, do you know the default code?

if u haven changed it, its 12345, lock code is the sec code.
