Hi do Japan make Original batteries or are they copies??? looking on ebay but I want an original one...

well, if u really want a orig batt, y not get it at ur place's fone shops? yea, they cost more, but tts the price to pay for quality.

or juz watch out, look at the pic of the batt and compare to b sure.

I had a 7210 before with a battery made in Japan I guess its possible that japan assembles batteries for NOKIA also

well, rem the 7650 batt? the ones similar to 8250, 8210, etc...

the non origs are japanese ones, orig ones are made in china. japan ones are heavier.

if you goto nokia website and check the battery BL-5C
the battery in the picture have the words "made in japan"
then i was a little bit surprised and look at my n-gage's battery
oops~! made in china

I guess they bundle the china battery coz' it's cheaper
the Japan battery may be a little bit better, coz' you can only buy it separately.

just for ref i bought a nk7650 battery off ebay for £3.99 and its working just fine
