Mobiclip problem : HELP !! please

I need help because I've a problem with mobiclip converter.
I've installed Mobiclip on my PC (I use windows XP), I can use the actimagine codec with Virtual dub to create a file avi as the tutorial says but I can't convert avi files to .mo files . The error is "error in filename.avi : cannot open file for reading ".
With .swf files I don't have this problem.
I tried also to unistall and reinstall but is always the same.
What can I do ? Thank you

NOT all Avi files can be converted.....
u will have to read the readme.txt that came with mobiclip.
there u will be able to figure out how to work it out.
intially i had problems too....
JUZ read the readme file.... its all stated there..
