If it's Your SIM card just enter wrong PIN code 3 times and than enter PUK code.
Or go to the Your operator office and ask them.
GoodLuck!

Probably some specific implementations suffer from bugs making it possible to read the PIN, but normal simcards will be fried after three tries.

i only know of one bug in the generation 1 sim card...
when the pin was wrong, then data in eeprom was changed afterwards...
with high-sensitive circuit it was possible to shut the power down when the
eeprom charge pumps wanted to charge for data change...
then you still had 3 tries...
this bug was soon fixed by decreasing the counter BEFORE the PIN was checked.
after the PIN was checked and it was correct, the counter now gets increased again
thats the only "bug" i know of

yes. i know about that
i have sim-emu v6.01 with 10 simcards in one. 99 sms. 256 stored numbers, etc
and i already fried 1 or 2 to make it work, but all i dont was asking another simcard to my network and they restored it, so, no prob :d
