very big problem 3650: doesn't start!!!!

When I turned on my 3650 always some errors message appears and the phone didn't worked well. So I tryed to format him with *#7370#. It started formatting, but then he blocked. I waited for an hour, so I take away the battery. Now when I try to start the phone, it appears only "NOKIA", and nothing happen. What should I do? An assistance point can help me?

can u still boot it up in safe mode? if not, u might haf to bring it down to nokia care to flash it.

1) hold edit button when u start up, if it goes into main menu, press *#7370# to format.

2) hold *, 3 and the call button, den power on, hold till u see a format screen.

otherwise, u might haf to send to nokia to fix it. u can also try takin out the mmc, see if it boots, if it does, prob is wif the mmc.

both 1) and 2) doesn't work. I'll tray with nokia Point. In your opinion there is hope?

We've all been warned many times about the consequences of interupting the format process, however i think nokia will be able to resolve your problem.. don't tell then that you interupted a format though, act dumb and say you've no idea wat happened..etc.. lol
