t100 cable to work with v200?

ive jsut baught a v200, 2nd hand, and i have a t100 cable and software lieing around, but i cant get it to work at all, just says phone not conencted?

should it work? or are the cables different for the two phones?

t100 cable must do the job but what software are you useing?

PC link for GSM Ver 1.0, but i also downloaded easy gprs and that was the same, wouldnt recognise the phone was there, and jsut a blank screen on the phone, no flashing white or anything.
