Flashing Tutorial

Hi, I've own a Nokia 6100 for about 4months now and I've done quite a bit with it, cus I tend to get bored of it really easily.

I've added pictures, backgrounds, logos, starting images, starting tone

Now I've moved on to FLASHING, don't really know much about it, but I hear it puts your Nokia Software Up-To-Date

So i'm looking for someone to help write a tutorial on it
or give me a website

THe pros and cons..can this "FLASHING" screw up my phone hardcore?

1. It can void your warranty

2. You have to buy the Hardware ... the FLASHER

3. You need a new firmware version for your phone

Not as easy as it seems ...

And it could screw up your phone!
