n-gage problem plz help quick

hi i bought a new n-gage
and when i connected phone to my comp. on usb i show that a usb hard disk
than i load its pc suite and connection manager and modem driver
restart my comp (i use xp prof)it show phone again usb harddisk
and try to open pc suite that says that's your firt run plz connect phone to read data
i cannot enter the pc suite
than looked to connection manager on usb panel says no phone dedected
but my comp show that a usb harddisk
i asked to service they said it have to show it a modem
but when i connect it it only show usb modem
plz help me quick

pc suite is a waist of time, what are you trying to do.

Only bluetooth works with PC Suite.

yup. or u can juz click and drag files into e:, which will show as ur removable hdd when u plug it in. to install an app, juz put the sis file on e:, not in any folders, and go manager to install.
