6310 (NPL-1) dead

hi
i have a 6310 dead
i have flashed the phone, but no way ,
then tried to rehot the phone but same result remains...

when i try to measure the voltage of the set at the display pins and the keyboard pins,
i can get some voltages in some pins just for a second and it again goes off,
i get nearly 2 volts at the keyboard, and at the display pins i get 1 to 4 volts...,

please help me repair that...
