Inbox won't show contact name

When i recieve an sms, the inbox doesnt display the contacts name, only the phone number. The Caller Line Identification is fine though. :-? Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone help??

maybe its coz the sms no had +xx in front of the hp no?

i had tt prob too. try saving the number from the inbox, including the +xx ???
