128mb mmc help of n-gage plz

hey i just wanted to format my n-gage 128 mmc card....but it was taking so long i decided to do it another time...and when i pressed cancel it said "memory card corrupeted" ive taken the long route now and am formatting it...but i need to know if it will rok after the formatting....has any1 done this before.???

Its in the manual, its on instructions from Nokia, its on most websites that deal with phones:

"DONT CANCEL THE FORMATTING PROCESS"

On my 32MB it took many minutes, so yeah, the 128 does take long but once it formats it will be raring to go. I dont know, it should work fine but everywhere does say not to cancel the process.

Try formatting 256MB MMC Card! :-P I've done that millions of times, trying to fix the Kingmax 256MB MMC Card on my 6600. When I replaced the 6600 with an N-Gage ... the same problem arose. But this time, the formatting was successful. YAY! lol :lol:

Anyway ... you should never cancel the format, as kristoficus has said.

no harm man, but u cant use the mmc again unless u format wif ngage since u got mem corrupt thingy. juz leave it in charger and format.
